Enter through the front door into the hallway before discovering the first two bedrooms, a double and twin, both serviced by a refreshing shower room with contemporary fixtures and fittings.
On this level there is also an additional double room with Smart TV and a contemporary en-suite shower room, plus French doors leading out to a South-facing seating area.
Completing the ground floor is a utility room with washer/dryer and drinks fridge, handy for storing your beverages for when you soak up the sun in the outside areas.
The private rear outdoor area has space for eating and socialising, whilst sat amongst mature planting.
On the first floor, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, finished in a light grey overtone and wonderfully appointed with all the necessary appliances for your stay, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and even a dishwasher, so you won’t have to lift a finger when cleaning up!
Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining room, furnished with a grand dining table and soft chairs, making it an excellent spot to enjoy the company of each other.
